About Fanelli Café

Introducing Fanelli Café Restaurant feels a bit like letting you in on a New York secret that somehow everyone already loves. Sitting right at 94 Prince St in the heart of Soho, Fanelli Café has that classic, traditional American restaurant energy that instantly makes you want to slow down, grab a seat, and soak in the room. From the moment you walk in, there’s a lived-in charm that tells you this place has stories, regulars, and a rhythm all its own. It’s the kind of spot where locals pop in for a quick bite, travelers wander through for the atmosphere, and friends linger longer than planned over drinks. The menu leans comfortably into what it does best, offering familiar comfort food alongside small plates that are perfect for sharing, especially if you’re easing into a long evening. Alcohol is very much part of the experience here, with a solid lineup of beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits, plus happy-hour drinks that draw a steady crowd. Coffee is also on hand, which fits perfectly with the all-day, come-as-you-are vibe. Service options are flexible, too, whether you’re stopping by for dine-in, grabbing takeaway, or opting for delivery when you want the Fanelli Café feel without leaving home. Late-night food keeps the place buzzing after dark, while quick bites make it easy to drop in without committing to a full meal. What really stands out is how naturally the space encourages conversation, people-watching, and unplanned moments, helped along by friendly on-site service and a bar that always seems to know what you’re in the mood for. The location adds to the appeal, placing you steps away from the energy of downtown while still feeling like a neighborhood hangout rather than a tourist stop, which makes every visit feel easy, familiar, relaxed, and effortlessly social overall.

A little gem hidden at the NYC soho. The experience is like walking into a 50s restaurant. Food is good, service is excellent and quick and the people working there are absolutely stunning, including a waiter who is a Jim Morrison clone. $30 per person or €25, is a really good price for the location, quality and service. Thank you!

The cutesiest little place! The food was really expensive, which is to be expected in the city, but we split the margherita pizza appetizer ($20) and it was just enough and very good! Got seated immediately near the exit door, and the atmosphere felt very cozy and definitely fit w/ the history of the restaurant. The people who work here were so friendly; definitely one of my favorite places I visited in SoHo!

Never had I received faster appetizer… It arrived within 2 minutes of placing the order. Idk if they just pre-cook, reheat these, or what..the atmosphere is always nice tho, good service

A friend and I visited while our wives were off enjoying the nearby Lip Lab. From the beginning, it was a warm, friendly environment and the beers were cold… The wives joined us and we grabbed a late lunch. Food was very good; personally enjoyed the spinach & mushrooms app. After a very enjoyable couple hours, we went to check out and, to our shock, someone had picked up our tab!! Not 100% sure who but, regardless, that there are the type of people there that would, speaks to the place overall. Will be visiting any time in NYC going forward! Thank you for a wonderful holiday memory.

This place has amazing food. The chili was more warm than hot, but everything was really tasty and fantastic. I’d go when you’ve got a little patience because it’s busy, they don’t care about your business because it’s busy so you’re going to need a pound of patience.
